1、 Attention should be paid to the following matters when using and designing
1. The bending radius should not be too small, generally not less than the specified value. The connection between the rubber hose assembly and the pipe joint should have a straight section, and the length of this section should not be less than twice the outer diameter of the pipeline.
2. The length of the hydraulic hose assembly should take into account that the length of the hose will shrink and deform after the introduction of pressure oil, generally by 3% to 4% of the length of the pipe. Therefore, the hose assembly must not be in a taut state during installation.
3. When installing the hydraulic oil pipe assembly, it should be ensured that there is no twisting deformation, and the joint axis of the hose should be placed as close to the motion plane as possible to avoid damaging the hose when the two ends move relative to each other.
4. Hydraulic oil pipes should avoid contact and friction with sharp corners on the machine to prevent damage to the pipes.
2、 Security measures
In order to ensure the safe and reliable use of the high-pressure steel wire braided rubber hose assembly, in addition to complying with the above regulations, special attention should also be paid to the following matters.
1. Pressure: The prescribed work pressure should usually not be less than the system pressure. If not used frequently, only a 20% increase is allowed; For people who frequently use and bend over to twist, a reduction of 40% is required. If the impact pressure of the system is higher than the specified working pressure of the hose, it will not only reduce the service life of the hose, but may also lead to safety accidents.
2. Temperature: The fluid temperature and ambient temperature, whether stable or instantaneous, must not exceed the temperature resistance limit of the hose. If the temperature is lower or higher than the recommended temperature for the hose, it will reduce the performance of the hose and cause it to deteriorate, resulting in leakage.
3. Fluid compatibility: The fluid inside the hose should comply with the regulations in the "Instructions for Use" section of the product sample. Exceeding the regulations cannot ensure the service life and safety of the pipeline.
4. Appropriate end connection: Nuts are widely used due to their convenience and low cost, but in situations of high vibration, the issue of nut loosening needs to be fully considered. In this case, flange connection can be considered.
