1、 Performance testing

High pressure steel wire braided rubber hoses are mainly used to transport liquids with corresponding temperatures and pressures. Whether it is manufacturers or quality inspection units, to understand their product performance, they need to set corresponding pressures and temperatures. Only by adjusting the control environment to achieve the actual working state of the tested component and conducting fatigue life testing can the performance of the product be determined.

2、 Rubber hose selection

In addition to ensuring product quality, safety, and reliability, selecting appropriate hose products based on usage requirements is also an important factor in maintaining system safety and rationality. When choosing high-pressure steel wire braided rubber hoses, the following points should be noted:

1. Select the number of steel wire layers for the hose based on the system pressure. The higher the pressure, the more layers of steel wire. Each type of hose has a working pressure, and the burst pressure of the hose is four times the working pressure. Therefore, based on the actual system pressure, the working pressure of the selected hose may be greater than the actual working pressure.

2. Choose the inner diameter of the hose based on the flow rate. If the diameter is too small, the flow velocity of the medium in the pipeline will increase, causing the system to heat up, reduce efficiency, and generate excessive pressure drop, which will affect the performance of the entire system. If the diameter of the hose is too large, the cost will increase. Therefore, the inner diameter of the hose needs to be appropriate. When the rubber hose is fixed with a clamp or passes through a steel plate or other gasket, attention should be paid to the outer diameter of the rubber hose.

3. When choosing, attention should be paid to the bending radius of the hose. When calculating the bending radius, the crimping length of the previous joint should be subtracted. If the bending radius of the installed hose is too small, it will reduce the pressure bearing capacity of the hose and affect its service life.

High pressure steel wire braided rubber hose refers to a pipeline that can withstand high pressure and can be used for transporting liquids. It is mainly composed of a liquid resistant synthetic rubber inner layer, a middle layer, I, II, III steel wire braided layers, and a synthetic rubber outer layer. According to the design principle, the III layer braided rubber hose has no effect when the hose is compressed. Mainly used to increase the weight of rubber hoses and reduce their flexibility. The working temperature range is: oil -40 ℃~100 ℃, air -30 ℃~50 ℃, and water emulsion below 80 ℃. The specification range is DN5mm to DN102mm. Suitable for conveying liquids with corresponding pressure and temperature in engineering construction, lifting and transportation, metallurgical forging, mining equipment, ships, injection molding machinery, agricultural machinery, various machine tools, mechanization, and automation hydraulic fields.
