1. Heat sources should be avoided as much as possible. If necessary, insulation boards can be assembled to prevent the hose from overheating and deteriorating at high temperatures.
2. Avoid surface friction: Do not come into contact with other pipelines during installation and use to prevent cracks caused by friction. When crossing or rubbing occurs after work, protective equipment should be used.
3. When bending, attention should be paid to the radius size to avoid damage to the pipe body due to a too small radius.
4. During installation, a length allowance should be left, and there should be no relative movement on both sides to maintain the looseness of the rubber hose.
5. During the use of the equipment, prevent deformation of the rubber hose, even slight deformation can lead to a decrease in strength or loose joints.
6. If the core components are equipped with rubber hoses, it is recommended to maintain and replace them regularly.

It is suitable for producing large length rubber hoses with a diameter less than 38 millimeters. The production length of the hard core method is limited, the production efficiency is low, and it is difficult to achieve automation and continuity of production.
