Issues to be noted in the application of braided rubber hoses
Time:2024-06-25Page views:1103There are many types of rubber hoses on the market, and when choosing, you can choose according to the development trend. In application, it is necessary to first understand the precautions to be taken when using braided rubber hoses.
1、 Precautions to be taken in the application
1. The bending radius shall not be less than the given bending radius to prevent damage to the hose structure or premature damage due to excessive bending and stretching.
2. When choosing a rubber hose, the model, specifications, and technical parameters should be appropriately selected according to the application specifications, and should not be used or replaced incorrectly.
3. When using, it is necessary to balance and adjust the pressure to avoid damaging the pipe body due to sudden expansion of pressure.
4. When transporting corrosive liquids, the internal structure of the hose should be cleaned after use to prevent residue from remaining and causing long-term corrosion to the pipe body.
2、 Problems in the application
1. Before use, check whether the product specifications and length meet the specified requirements, and conduct a sampling pressure test before use.
2. Check if there are exposed stainless steel wires at the connection between the joint and the hose, and if there is mineral pressure on the outer rubber.
3. The top coating of the joint must not be damaged or exposed. If it is exposed, it cannot be used to avoid leakage caused by loose sealing.
4. Clean the inner wall of the plastic hose treatment pipe of the new equipment to prevent latex and dirt from entering the management mode of the four column hydraulic press.
3、 Equipment requirements
1. Avoid changing the focal point of the frame layer during the docking of the inner braided rubber hose, which may cause initial damage.
2. After docking, there should be corresponding space on the length of the plastic hose to prevent the length of the plastic hose from changing due to tension and reduce its pressure resistance.
3. The fixed iron clamp of the plastic hose should be placed on the straight line at the intersection of the trend chart and the straight line. The iron clamp should not bend or loosen the plastic hose too much.
4. When connecting prefabricated components for movement, the length should be sufficient to prevent damage to the plastic hose during movement.
5. The specific content of the docking process should comply with the relevant requirements and regulations.
Internally woven rubber hoses are widely used in hydraulic supports, with approximately 10-30 hoses used for each fixed support. Therefore, the structure, usage method, and docking method will also directly affect the working stability of the fixed bracket.
