3. Bending, emergency product bending radius R (9-10) D (D is the outer diameter of the hose) bending, to prevent the pipe from going from the joint to the straight and curved section with an outer diameter of more than 6 times.
4. Do not tighten during installation, leave a corresponding length allowance. There is no relative motion between the two ends, and the looseness of the high-pressure steel wire braided rubber hose is maintained. When the hose is compressed, its length and diameter will change, and stretching will cause the hose to expand under pressure and lose strength.
5. During installation, avoid deformation of the hose as slight twisting can lead to a decrease in strength or loose joints.
6. The hose bend and hose joint should be installed on the same plane to prevent twisting. Especially, if the connectors at both ends of the hose are located on two different planes, please install the clip in place and divide the hose into two parts so that each part is on the same plane.
7. If key components are equipped with rubber hoses, it is recommended to regularly inspect or replace them.
